Stickie Notes

So, I have officially become a 5th wheel, and not just a 3rd wheel. My two best friends are now both engaged to their “loved ones”. Morgan is getting hitched later on this summer, and I don’t think Roger has set a date yet (at least she hasn’t told me).

I was lying around in bed the other night and came up with an initial design for Roger’s dress (I do way too much thinking at night, can’t sleep). She wants her dress to be original and not one of those hoity toity dresses designed for the “princesses” of today. She has always said she wanted a stainless steel bustier, and I think I have come up with an idea of how it can be done. I just have to get it on paper and draw it up, and find someone who can do it.

Morgan’s wedding is this summer, and I want to look good. I need to lose a bunch of weight and get myself into a suit. I haven’t made a real commitment, but I really should. If I don’t get to my desired point there it always Roger’s wedding (I am going to kick ass). I’ve also started growing out my hair. I love the feeling of the wind blowing around in my hair. Being bald for the last eight years has been great, but I guess I started a trend within the family and now almost half of my cousins are bald on purpose. We’re an ugly, ugly family.

I also need to quit smoking. It doesn’t taste good anymore, and I am constantly sick. Barf. What else can I complain about myself? I want a bigger dick, too.

My Current Favourite Dish: Baseball Players, especially Mike Piazza
Current Addiction: Breathe by Telepopmusik (song from Mitsubishi commercial, don't they have the best songs in their commercials)
In the DVD Player: Trespass from Titan (most excellent, and fairly dirty)
On the Tube: West Wing was amazing tonight, can’t wait for next season to start, and Six Feet Under was very good but a little too depressing

Today's stickie note: 6 ft. under + Oprah

I really like Six Feet Under. I started watching it about a year ago, actually it was last summer. I became instantly hooked. I love the quirkiness and the humour, mixed with the depressing atmosphere and undertones. I totally relate to the show. I've been to so many funerals over the past five years that I should start my own funeral business. I haven't been getting into this new season as much as I did last season. The stories really seem to be taking a loooooong time to get somewhere. The season started out great, but it's running out of steam. I got the first season of the show on DVD for my birthday last month, and watched all the discs in order as soon as I got it open. Loved it.

Yesterday's Oprah was a good one. She had on the really cute and shaggable Nate Berkus. I originally taped the show for the interior design tips, but I think I will keep it for a while just to watch Nate (I'd love to be his shirt or jeans). I usually don't watch O, I think she's way too uppity for me considering she's almost completely forgotten her roots.

On the Tube: It's a toss up between West Wing and Six Feet Under
